Across those projects, we saw a consistent pattern: equipment dealers had genuinely complex operational needs — service departments running on whiteboards, parts inventory in spreadsheets, rentals tracked in a separate system — but the DMS options available to them were either expensive enterprise products built decades ago or lightweight tools that lacked real accounting.
We knew NetSuite could solve this problem — and we knew how to build on it. DealerCloud is the result: a purpose-built dealer management system that extends Oracle NetSuite's ERP capabilities to cover the specific workflows of an equipment dealership.
Our first production deployment is with Thermo King Michigan, a Thermo King dealer managing service, parts, and rentals for transport refrigeration units. The system is live, handling real transactions, and continuously improving.
